Today, Bob spoke with Rev. Scotty Mclennan. He is Dean for Religious Life at Stanford University. His book: Jesus Was a Liberal: reclaiming Christianity for all, is where he explains why he believes Jesus was liberal on such social issues as abortion and gay homosexuality. They discussed whether Jesus was more on line with Liberalism or conservatism.
Then, Bob spoke with Dr. Soong Chan-rah. He is Assistant Professor of church growth and evangelism at North park Theological Seminary in Chicago, Ill. His book: The Next Evangelicalism: freeing the church from western cultural captivity, shows where the errors are in the Western church today.
