Then, Bob spoke with Tom Osborne. He was the head coach of the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers football team for 25 years. He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2000 where he served for 6 years. He is now Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska. His book: Secrets to Becoming a Leader, gives us his ideas and suggestions that helped him become a successful leader.
