A Texas mother, Rosalina Gonzales pleaded guilty to a felony of injury to a child. She spanked her two your old child. She didn’t use any objects to spank child with. Her mother in-law reported her and the judge gave her 5 years probation and told her that “you don’t spank children”. Bob took calls asking if the judge was too harsh.
