Today, Bob spoke with Rev. Jeffery McDonald. He is a journalist and ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. He is a Correspondent for The Christian Science Monitor. His book: Thieves in the Temple: the Christian Church and the Selling of the American Soul, shows the consequences of Christian America’s shift from disciple to consumer.

Topic: Bob took calls asking listeners what is the correct response as a Christian to tipping at restaurants, service type jobs.

Then, Bob spoke with James Ryles. He was orphaned at age 6. Sentenced to the Texas State Penitentiary at the age of 19. Through Gods grace, mercy he became a believer and is now President and Founder of Truth Works, a teaching and resourcing ministry helping those find God. www.truthworks.org
