They discussed the good news about a long drawn out case in Texas. Where a school wouldn’t allow a student to pass out candy cane pens at Christmas. But the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that it would be infringing on the students First Amendment rights not to allow such a thing.
