Mississippi Gov.Haley Barbour pardoned 200 inmates that were in prison for murder, drunken driving, robbery etc... He said as a Christian he believes in a second chance. Many of the families of the victims are outraged. Bob took listener calls asking of the Gov. was right or wrong in pardoning these inmates.
