Today, Bob spoke with Sandra Hayes. She won the Missouri Power Ball in 2006. She had to share it between 12 other people. She shares the upside and down side to winning the lottery in her book : How Winning the Lottery Changed My Life: windfall: a blessing or a cures?

Bob took listener calls asking, if as a Christian they would be ok with winning the lottery. Some people were actually ok with not winning, because they didn’t want to grow distant with God, because they wouldn’t feel a need for Him once their financial needs were met.

Then, Bob spoke with Jeffrey Bell, former Policy Adviser to Ronald Reagan. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army in Vietnam. His book: The Case of Polarized Politics: why America needs Social Conservatism, explains why we need to keep Social Conservatism alive in this country.
