Today, Bob spoke with Todd & Tara Storch. In there book: Taylor’s Gift, they share the unfortunate story of the loss of their 13 year old daughter, being killed on a family ski trip. Taylor hit some trees and died the next day. They made the difficult choice to donate their daughters organs. They have been blessed in their willingness to give. They have been apart of 4 other peoples lives that were the recipients of their daughters organs. They now run the Taylor’s Gift Foundation. Then, Bob shared some of the thoughts he went through when his own daughter died. He hesitated to allow the doctor to take her organs for donation. He was battling with the thoughts that maybe God wouldn’t resurrect his daughter after her organs were taken out of her body. That maybe that would lesson the chance of God performing that miracle. Bob took listener calls, and asking them their thoughts on how he grappled with these thoughts.
Then, Bob spoke with Susan DiMickele. She is a trial lawyer, and author of Working Women of the Bible. Where she shares how the women of the Bible can be mentors to the modern day working women.
