They discussed today being the 6th annual Pro Life Day of Silent Solidarity. The pro life students have chosen to stay silent in solidarity for all the unborn babies killed each year from abortion.

Then, Bob spoke with Bill Federer. President of Amerisearch, Inc. He is a wonderful historian and author of many books, including Treasury of Presidential Quotations, The Ten Commandments, and The Faith of FDR and many more. www.americanminute.com
They discussed how First Lady Michelle Obama has hired many more assistants than passed First Ladies.

Today, Bob spoke with Terry Caffey. He is an author and speaker. His book: Terror By Night, explains the horrible nightmare he faced last March (2008). His teen daughter and her boyfriend and friend came into the house at 3am and shot and killed Terry’s wife and two sons and burned the house with them in it. Terry was wounded bad, but found his way out. He didn’t realize till he was at the hospital that his daughter was involved.
He went thru much grieving and even to the point of wanting to take his own life.
Through his recovery he grew closer to God and decided to take his life story and use it to minister to others. His daughter is facing two life sentences and he visits her, and has forgiven her.

Then, Bob spoke with former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich. His latest book: To Try Men’s Souls: a novel of George Washington and the fight for American freedom, takes us through the history of George Washington.
